Support Co-ordination

We assist each participant to utilize NDIS funding to its potential, source the most appropriate services to suit the participants individual needs and funding.

Mentoring

We begin by building healthy rapport with the participant, then draw on their strengths to set achievable goals and assist them in achieving these goals. Ensuring we build a community of supports around the participant is our priority to ensure the longevity of their care.

Support Work/ Community Access

Participant voices their ideal fun activites and we engage with them to build skills such as; social interactions, value of money (budgeting), can include life skills for within the home or within the wider community.
